Owner and chef Kate Biskupski began her love for salsa and jelly when she started making creations for friends and family. After support from her fans, she entered her fresh salsa into the "unique" category of the Downtown Midland Chili and Salsa TASTE-OFF. North of the Southern Border's Salsa flavors have been named judge's choice and people's choice for nearly a decade.
